Arrivals

Please try your best to arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment to allow the groomer time to hand out client forms, if needed, and to go over the haircut.

Late Policy

Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next dog. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.

Late Pick-Ups

We are a small salon that has no space for boarding dogs. If you dog(s) are not picked up by the end of your appointment, a late pick-up fee of $20 will apply. We provide a 1 hour grace period from the moment we call or text you to say your dog is ready for pick-up. After the first hour is up there will be a charge of $15 every extra half hour.

No Show Policy

There will be a fee of 50% of the appointment cost applied to your account if you do not call to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This will be added to your account and must be paid before you can make a future appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from coming. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of $25.
